Context
Being a large corporate for the beverage industry in the Asia Pacific, our client wanted to find different ways to engage their employees while having a more diverse voice externally to attract the best talent.
What we did?
We launched a ‘Champions program’ where 25 advocates were hand-picked, trained and coached individually.
Thereafter, a LinkedIn Challenge was also launched to help to apply the lessons they’ve learned about personal branding.
In addition, the program also coincided with the International Women’s Day period and we launched a series of content – podcast, video, and articles, to showcase different facets of the employer brand and culture.
Outcome
Internal engagement shot up quickly.
Market awareness about their employer brand was instantly enhanced as well.
