The Talent Acquisition team wanted to find new ways to engage with the talent community.
What we did?
We launched a 4-part “Discover Loreal” live chat series involving the senior leaders and management trainees across the APAC region.
In each episode, we coached the management trainee to be a host who will interview the senior leader on a selected topic for the week. During which, we managed the backend production to ensure the messaging was aligned while also producing a summary video after the session.
As a result, the company managed to gather interest and actively engaged a few thousand participants globally over the 4 episodes.
