Context
Our client, an MNC in FMCG Industry was launching a new ASEAN talent accelerator program and needed to enhance their employer brand as they are relatively unknown as an employer compared to their competitors.
What we did?
We worked on curating stories through a series of interviews with employees across the region and delivered them via short-form articles and videos. These contents were then optimized and boosted via social media to increase the outreach. The video adopted a fun and light-hearted tone to showcase their culture while leveraging their internal talent as the main host.
Also, we developed a landing page for interested candidates to find out more and apply to the program.
Outcome
The outcome almost doubled their expected intake for this first intake due to the number of high-quality candidates that came through in a short 5-6 months period. They also successfully created a stronger brand awareness of their employer brand which helped them introduce more initiatives in the years to come.
