Context
A major MNC Insurance company wanted to reposition their employer brand to be a wellness company instead of an insurance company to attract top talents.
What we did?
We create an EVP advocates program for them and have since trained 2 batches.
Besides social media and personal brand training, we also organized individual coaching sessions to help the advocates fine-tune their advocacy skills.
To create more excitement and activate the advocates, a 3-month LinkedIn challenge was launched.
Outcome
A lot of hype was generated both internally and externally.
On top of that, this company won the HR award for best talent acquisition strategy that very year that the program was introduced.
